FIELD GUIDE / PROFESSIONS
Make something.
Skip the second job.
Start with what you want crafting to add to your game.
Do you enjoy the journey or the finished item?
If collecting materials is relaxing, make exploration part of the plan. If making a particular item is the appeal, check its requirements before committing your time.
Choose a purpose before a profession
Make things for yourself
Start with an item you actually want. Verify that the current game version supports the recipe and that you can access its requirements.
Contribute to your crew
Ask what your friends would value. A shared goal can make the work feel more worthwhile.
Enjoy a quiet side quest
Let gathering or crafting be the activity itself. You don’t need a gold target to justify enjoying it.
Give your group a place to pause
Camping details come from beta system previews and may change.
Camping uses profession-made utility. Initial camping objects are described at skill 20: Blacksmiths make a Sharpening Wheel, Tailors a Faction Banner, and Herbalists an Incense Candle. Advanced Blueprint recipes come from dungeons, and Cooking can expand camping capacity.
Let Legacy support your interests
Legacy offers gathering and skill-up bonuses. Pick a direction you enjoy before planning around a bonus; choose a profession for the activity you enjoy, rather than an assumed profit.
Check before you commit
Confirm current recipes, training requirements, and materials in the game or a dated official source. Economy conditions can change. This guide does not promise profits or a time to completion.
